#Parasternal long view focusing on the aortic root of a post-TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) patient.
#The patient had a wide pulse pressure, which may clue you in to a left to right shunt. The screen shot below shows the jet emanating from the aortic root into the right ventricle:
#What the Jetson?! Presumably, a piece of calcified plaque on the aortic root punctured through into the RV wall during valvuloplasty.
